🏫 Academic Services

  • Deliver a high-quality, structured curriculum aligned with national and Cambridge standards
  • Provide qualified, trained and motivated teachers for all subject areas
  • Conduct regular assessments and share results with parents promptly
  • Offer academic support and remedial programmes for students who need them
  • Maintain up-to-date syllabi and learning materials for all grades

👪 Student Welfare

  • Ensure a safe, inclusive and respectful environment for every student
  • Provide fair and consistent discipline in line with school policies
  • Offer counselling and pastoral support to students when needed
  • Promote physical and mental wellbeing through structured programmes
  • Respond to student concerns with empathy and confidentiality

📝 Parent Communication

  • Maintain open, honest and timely communication with parents and guardians
  • Share student progress reports at least twice per term
  • Hold Parent-Teacher Conferences every term
  • Respond to parent enquiries within 2 working days
  • Inform parents of any significant incidents or changes without delay

🏘 Facilities & Resources

  • Maintain clean, safe and well-equipped classrooms and common areas
  • Ensure access to a functioning library and digital learning resources
  • Provide suitable sports and recreational facilities
  • Address maintenance issues within reasonable timelines
  • Upgrade facilities and technology in line with school development plans

🌟 Co-Curricular Activities

  • Offer a broad range of sports, arts, and club activities throughout the year
  • Encourage and celebrate student participation and achievement
  • Organise at least one major school event per term
  • Support student leadership through school councils and committees
  • Recognise outstanding student contributions formally and publicly

📋 Administration & Admissions

  • Process admission applications fairly, transparently and on time
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student records
  • Issue certificates, letters and official documents without unnecessary delay
  • Handle fee collection and financial matters professionally and ethically
  • Publish school policies, calendars and notices on the school website
